Job Description
Position Overview:
TopTel is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The Recruitment Specialist will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and managing the recruitment pipeline to ensure the selection of qualified candidates. The primary objective is to identify and qualify applicants through phone screenings, assessment tests, and quizzes, facilitating the smooth transition of 30 qualified applicants to Step 1: Required Self-Guided Training Module. This role will focus on the recruitment of a global remote workforce.Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Screening:
- Utilize various channels to source potential candidates globally.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' suitability for the role.
- Administer assessment tests and quizzes as necessary to evaluate applicants' skills and qualifications.
- Pipeline Management:
- Maintain an organized and efficient recruitment pipeline.
- Regularly update candidate profiles and communicate progress within the team.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the remote recruitment process.
- Qualification of Applicants:
- Implement a rigorous screening process to identify high-quality candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and desired candidate profiles.
- Training Module Transition:
- Successfully guide 30 qualified applicants to Step 1: Required Self-Guided Training Module.
- Monitor and track applicants' progress through the training module.
- Follow-Up and Onboarding:
- Conduct regular follow-ups with applicants to ensure completion of the training module.
- Assist in scheduling Virtual Onboarding sessions for successful candidates.
Job Requirement
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
